Congestion Charging in Stockholm - Estimated effects of suggested design

 

This report describes the estimated effects from the congestion-charging scheme proposed by the Stockholm City Executive Board in January 2004. In the report a discussion is held regarding how
these effects are related to the goals of the congestion-charging trial.
